It’s a good package but the lakers can offer their pick and guys like kuzma. Boston can offer brown and one of their picks. Kawhi is also technically a one year rental coming off an injury but regardless still a franchise player
I don’t think anything Lakers can offer is as good as the Portland package... and Boston would be foolish to trade a younger version of Kawai to pay him supermax
The Lakers have...Los Angeles. That's what he wants. If we got him we would be gutting the team to get a 1 year rental. He could be damaged goods (?) or he could pull the same thing he pulled in SA. I also think Dame would be able to find out if he wanted to come here.
i cant see a superfriends in the west - they probably all need to go east coast so the league has something to market in the finals. but the lakers have some interesting pieces and a lot of cap space... im kinda hoping illadephia gets the nod.

He obviously won’t end up here, not even worth thinking about it. I just hope he doesn’t go to Lakers along with LeBron and George as this would basically deem the league pointless. The only meaningful games of the season would be West finals between them and Warriors.
