I could have picked up half of the parts needed to build a car when I was stuck in traffic. Bumper reinforcements laying in the emergency lane that could kill someone if hit by a car going fast. Headlights, bumpers. Plus furniture and other trash.

Earlier this year, one of them lost control of an old Ford, spun out into a residential yard, killing a six year old girl. I could not believe the local news!
