I don’t think it’s whataboutism. I think he’s just trying to point out the hypocrisy. To do that, you have to bring up prior events. It’s completely true that this was also happening under obama. You can’t ignore that. Doesn’t mean it’s right that it’s happening now. It’s a question of where was the outrage then?

Whataboutism is defending something by saying someone else did it. I'm not doing that. I'm saying I think we shouldn't separate the children from their parents.

You can't compare ANTIFA with Nazis, KKK or White Supremacists. ANTIFA is not an organization that hates anyone because of their race or religion.
