How is that good for us?? Blazers couldn’t hold Rockets jock strap with or without LeBron... it’s worse if he goes to Lakers and moves another team in west ahead of Blazers

One step at a time, amigo. We only talking about the Crabbe deal right here, FAMS.

So hold the phone. If he comes to Portland (and for sake of argument it just costs them much more than role players and draft picks), it doesn't help them beat Houston.

but if he goes to LA, who would have to decimate their already not super strong team, it puts them ahead of Portland.

sorry, you can't have it both ways.

I understand but it still doesn’t reverse the fact that we aren’t able to trade those two because of their contracts just as we couldn’t do with crabbe. I just think Neil is a joke and has proven it.

I understand but it still doesn’t reverse the fact I’m just poking fun at the Crabbe signing at the moment and you’re ruining my fun.

Go home - you’re drunk and you’re ruining my buzz.

Dude, do you even understand the salary cap??? He opted out of his contract so he can’t be traded now... Blazers only chance was sign and trade because they have no cap room... what the hell are you talking about

cp3 opted back into his contract and was traded barely before FA last year. Its also not our only shot as we can attach draft picks to Contracts like Turner and Meyers to get ride of them, Daryl Morey has shown mutliple times that being capped out does not mean you cannot create the capspace if a star wants to come to your team, it just requires a lot of sacrifice and out of the box type of thinking.

I really want the Lakers to come away from this with only PG and then see the fan base that was convinced they would get 2 stars react. Also OKC getting fucked would be icing on the cake.

I am mainly laughing too. I just get tired of constant negativity from the same people. No need to question a post written in jest. It takes a very annoying person to actually make me pissy.

I knew that he couldn't sign and trade for Portland. I was saying that, unless LBJ signs with Portland for MLE, the only way they could get him is via the team dumping a LOT of salary for nothing in return (I.e., trade Meyers, Turner, Aminu, Harkless and renounce Ed Davis, Shabazz, Layman and Pat) so they could have cap space.

I.e., they'd have to get rid of players to get him. Thus the "for sake of argument" it would cost them much more than just role players and draft picks. .

And that it was funny that you said the team (with LeBron) wouldn't be better than Houston, but that LeBron on the Lakers wouldn't necessarily make them better because they don't have much else on that team (in the way of proven talent).

The bigger point of my comment was that it was funny how if LeBron came to Portland, it wouldn't make them better than Houston, but that if he LeBron goes to LA (with no mention of any other players going there), it means they ARE better than Portland.

I can see why you're super popular on here.

I said Houston is better than Portland whether HOUSTON gets LeBron or not... and I really don’t care if a bunch of forum nerds don’t like me because they are too sensitive to handle the truth... get lost loser

Secondly, maybe if your grammar didn't suck ass, it would've been clearer what you meant.
