What's the appeal of Chandler? I've never been that excited about him and he's only gotten older since we first seemed interested in him a few years ago.

He’s an example here. Pick any guy that you like who makes less than around $12.5 m and whose team needs to cut salary.

A friend of mine came out the back of a dive restaurant on 82nd and saw Neil jumping into an overflowing dumpster. He thought he heard something muffled that sounded like, "I know I can find a bargain in here somewhere."

(Rumor has it someone valet drove him home shortly after.)

This one stings. That brother was the heart and soul of this team whether people knew it or not. There is going to be a large void to fill that people won’t see in the stat column........that dude will be missed on the court and off.

I know. I meant if Ed got a $10M+ offer, then I'd like OQUIN as a cheap alternative.

Since Ed wanted to come back this is beyond stupid

Think it's clear Ed took a low offer to get away from HCP.

This Ed Davis thing feels like Brian Grant all over again. Except this time the price to keep him wasn't very high.

OMG! If that’s true and we don’t make a significant upgrade that required that 4.5 mil than I never wanna hear another Neil supporter talk about the glory days when he traded for Nurk that one time, FUCK HIM

Ed Davis will be missed for his mentality and toughness more than his stats, he made a difference.

Meaning the one time NO trade for Nurk was the only good move he has ever made?

Trades and Free agency? Yes. And I’m not even sold on Nurk yet.

2 second rounders for Lopez, signing ed, singing Aminu both were GREAT deals. Getting something for an always injured Batum who we didn't watn to pay a max contract to and is now one of the worst contracts in the NBA. I mean you can be blinded by hatred for NO but he has done some good deals.
