    I like the move if he can repeat his 16-17 season, I just don't inderstand... We've added 4 guards that can't defend so far this off-season. I doint understand why we're stockpiling guards.

    That you literally cannot go above 129M. If the team tries to do so, the NBA says no and sends back the contract/offer sheet/trade.
