I agree... I didn’t think he was that skinny watching summer league today... obviously he can add weight but seems people greatly exaggerate his how thin he is
Also, after watching the video of Dame giving him pointers, he's most definitely taller than Dame. And Lillard wasn't wearing sandals this time.
Exactly. Look at De'Aaron Fox and Will Barton. I don't think either of them will be winning any muscle beach contests anytime soon but have shown they can play in this league.
That's what I was thinking when I had to move Stauskas to SF. But then I thought, no team will take such an overpaid player, now that salaries have gone down.
7:15 pm? If it's your bedtime, you can read my posts in the morning. I'm just getting started for the evening.
Simons can score, and did so in a summer league setting with players bigger and stronger than he is. It's a very good first sign. However...... He did have zero assists. So, step 1 complete, but there is still work to do. I didn't watch the game. Did he play SG or PG?
I went to summer league in 2009, Curry's rookie year. My wife legit asked me why they were letting "that little 12 year old boy" out on the court. She wasn't joking either and if I didn't know Curry I might have thought the same thing because he looked so tiny out there.
I sleep for 4 hours every other night. I'll be around for all of your frighteningly fantastical feedback.
The issues are height and thinness. Let's compromise. You agree that he's 5-7, and I'll give in that he's fat.
The crazy thing is, I suspect that Meyers would be a better and more effective basketball player if he was the same size as CJ. He played guard until he got his growth spurt. His brain never grew into his 7-foot height.
