Yeah, hopefully the State Attorney can review this case and find some measure of justice.

I understand it can be technically difficult to find an exact charge based on what we see (guy pushing him out of nowhere, Stand Your Ground law existing in the state) so if you charge him with the wrong thing, he can get away. At the least, the guy he shot did move back for a second or two so I dunno? Does that constitute as murder?

It's the second that he delays after pulling out his gun. He clearly knows the guy isn't pursuing him anymore and he stops for a brief moment.... and then shoots him anyway.

    Fucker should be in jail.

It's people like this guy who shouldn't be allowed to own guns.
Pick your battles, is it really that important to confront someone over a parking spot?
    Grow up.
Guy should be in jail for life with no parole.

I expect he'll be charged by the DA, then crucified by the fake news.

Bottom line, be civilized in your interactions with other human beings and you'll likely live a lot longer.

I know I’ll get ripped for saying this, but.......if the victim’s girlfriend had obeyed a reasonable law instead of being lazy and trying to get over (using a handicapped parking spot just because it was there) the guy would likely still be alive. She definitely should not get off without legal consequences. Doing stupid shit can and does get other people killed......hopefully she’ll think about that the next time she’s reluctant to walk a few extra feet......

If the law really applies... We know he was being chased by an attacker with a gun...

When was Trayvonn Martin within his right to stand his ground and face his attacker?

She should get one thing and one thing only. A handicap parking violation ticket.

If you want to give her something that is. I'd say she suffered more than that violation deserves.

Man's stupid laws are to blame. This guy wasn't a threat when he was shot.

He had his gun out ready to shoot. Dude comes at him then FIRE AWAY.

I didn't follow Trayvon that close and I wasn't there. This one I saw with my own two eyes.

Law needs tweaked if this guy gets away with this.

The law certainly doesn't work for black people... We either get killed by it or put in prison.:

That might have worked well. Doing Whoop Ass on the neighborhood watch was a bad alternative choice.

Just reading it sounds like it is unfair. But, reading further it is just more proof of the law of man being stupid.

It was that a WARNING shot was illegal.

Still doesn't mean the DA wasn't being unfair. Clearly was if what Alexander says was true which it probably was.

She fired in the air... If she shot him like Travonn was shot would she have been within her right?

It's not applied correctly at all. He was attacking her and she stood her ground. It's bullshit.

That's what the law said supposedly. I don't think it is right and I'm for the woman in the handicap spot filing a civil rights lawsuit in federal court. I don't know if she will win or anyone would even take the case.

...This ^^^...there's an old saying that I learned years ago,

"There's 2 things in the world that don't last long, 1. dogs that chase cars. 2. people who f' with other people."
