Trump says believe what he SAYS, not what YOU think he means. He actually said you need picture ID and i can't remember the last time i shopped and needed any ID and i do all the shopping and use a debit card. It is fake news.
Well I think you do need picture ID if you're paying with a check. I'm not certain about that, but that is what I would assume.
