I think there's a chance Trent beats him out for minutes.

Is it? Since then Stotts or NO (can’t remember) said they wanted to play through Turner more. I think the heavy guard acquisition is more or less they need bench scoring and they want to find someone to make it so they can trade CJ.

I hope you’re right but I think we’re stuck seeing a lot of ET until the contract is up.

CJ over dribbles a lot though. Our rule on offense is 2 dribbles to score. CJ screws that up regularly. If he would move the ball after his second dribble he'd get more assists.

My coach back at George Middle school a long freaking time ago, told me you dribble with purpose. If they don’t fall for the first move you pass the ball, you’ll eventually get it back to try again. Now I have my doubts he was prepping us for NBA basketball, but the odd times I played off the ball the rest of my life that’s how I’ve played.

Did any of the Celtics from that team go on to be decent players somewhere else?

Avery Bradley was worse in Detroit.

Isaiah Thomas was a disaster in Cleveland and LA.

Evan Turner is..... well...... we already know.

Jared Sullinger is out of the league.

    Crowder was significantly worse.

I think Brad Stevens is some kind of magician or something.

The guy is an insane coach. I can only imagine what he could do with Dame.

I think we already established that Dame is better than Kyrie :smiley-195517897341

Think Kyrie has more skill. He's got the best handle in the game, but Dame is more methodical and efficient in his movement. He doesn't waste any dribbles either. Dame has the better intangibles too, but overall I see their impact as very comparable.

But you bring up a good point. 7th year for Dame with Terry-- I wonder if we've maxed the duo. I'd like to see Dame under a diff coach.

I get that Paul's money isn't really a huge advantage anymore with the CBA, but I have never understood why we don't have literally the best staff money can buy.

Well for one, Paul is no longer the richest owner. And he clearly is no longer spending like mad.

My biggest gripe with the coaching thing is our big man coaches. They're all terrible and have a shit track record.

It's pretty meaningless when you're a billionaire 21 times over.

Spending money on great staff would be easy for him.

I think he watch the summer league team how they play up tempo and how the ball movement and they was successful in it by winning the championship. But the question is can Stotts get Dame and CJ play that kind of ball.
