This. But he and his sponsors will by then have reaped the windfall. The beauty for Republicans is that the crash will come with Democrats in charge, so they can once again, as they have my entire lifetime, claim Republican economic policies are good, Democrats are bad. It's maddening.

 

Doesn’t it go both ways here? Every time something good happens both sides jump to claim it, when something bad happens both sides jump to say it was the others faults. I’m definitely fiscally conservative, but I don’t think Democrats = bad. In fact the fiscally “left” have their merits, I don’t particularly think either side has all the answers.
Fact is just about anything they do will be good for someone and bad for some one else.

I can 100% for sure say that Obama’s healthcare act hurt my family, but that doesn’t mean it was bad for everyone. It helped many people! It’s a complicated subject it’s not as simple as Democrat = bad republican = good or vice versa.

 

It could have imo worse if HC had won. Im neither Trump or Clinton fan. What I am is a Libertarian that endorse small efficient gov and moderate on social issues and fiscal conservative.

The freaking media and partisan views on both sides are so polarized, self serving and to egotistical to at least try and agree/compromise on issues. IMO, when the ability for a democracy loses the ability to come together with both sides willing to compromise some, its basically civil war..

 

At worst, Clinton has poise and dignity. Trump makes us a laughingstock.

 

Gonna be honest I think it’s a little strange that’s the “worst” you have for Clinton, but to each their own I suppose...
I know plenty of democrats who really struggled with 2016 election too, I sincerely hope as the 2020 stuff ramps up we’re all paying more attention and we all do everything we can to not let history repeat itself.
