    ahh lets go back to the good old days of no regulations, the time when corporations did not have to care about the repercussions of how they manufactured something or how they delt with their waste. Just dump all your waste into the ocean like in Florida. This administration is doing damage that is going to take decades to fix with rolling back on regulations put in place to prevent things like this.

    Congress passed this and Obama signed it in 2016.

    This news comes after the EPA reviewed its first batch of 10 chemicals under the 2016 amendment to the 1976 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), which required the agency to continually reevaluate hundreds of potentially toxic chemicals to see whether they should face new restrictions or be removed from the market.

    so he signed a bill that requires reviewing many harmful chemicals to see if further restrictions and/ or banning the chemical completely is equivalent to allowing a proven harmful chemical like asbestos to be used again? Wow.
