It's not about the fact that this thread is on topic. It's the fact that he makes a thread whenever he feels like. Even though a specific place could/should be used for it. Or the thread is already created but he has someone on ignore. This is not always true. And why would the extra 10 seconds when a foul only resets the shot clock to 14 if it's under 14? If the shot clock is above 14, it doesn't reset.

Exactly that. You are allowed 8 second to pass halfcourt so you don’t need any of that time after an offensive rebound. 14 seconds sounds about fair.
