What are the # of US Citizens who are in prison for sex crimes? How many homicides are committed by non illegals every year? By whites, blacks, etc. I suspect that the source you linked it not exactly the most unbiased source in the world, since their whole shtick is anti immigrant.

If it is a Measure 11 or other serious crime we make them serve their time here before deporting them. If it's not we convict them and then deport them. So yes, you are going to see a high percentage of illegals in prison for doing some really fucked up things. But there is no reason to pay the $33k per year to incarcerate someone for theft only to deport them immediately after they serve their time. It's better just to deport them now and be done with it.
Or we could just build the wall, staff the border patrol adequately, aggressively prosecute and deport anyone who slips through. And arrest and prosecute any government official, or citizen, who obstructs justice by providing sanctuary. You know, like a Real Country would.
