...actually, no, no she doesn't...for the umpteenth time, this is not a "trial"...all she has to do is tell her story and if a majority the Senate believes her, Kavanaugh will not be confirmed....again, how many times must this be pointed out to you and others?

See this is the problem. She makes an un provable statement with zero specifics and zero witnesses, yet you "Know" she is telling the truth..shmee

 

They may believe something happened at some point to her. She is obviously a mentally fragile person.

However, that it was Kavanaugh is not really believable at this point due to the lack of consistent details or the absence of any corroboration.

 

She has corroborating witness(es) but the committee doesn't apparently care to question Mark Judge under oath.

It is believable that something happened to her. Sure, I can believe that.

To say that it was Kavanaugh, that is very far from being proven.

...you said you had listened to her testimony which included her fingering Kavanaugh...and your very first post was that she was "believable". Now you're trying to pick and choose after the fact just to suit your narrative?...that's laughable...but for you, it's completely "believable".

...and her testimony does not have to be "proven".

 

I think most in here (other than the die hard trump supporters such as yourself) are simply asking for a full investigation which your group seems to object to for some strange reason.

 

She says he was in the room and he has not been questioned under oath. And the fact he's been in hiding at a family friend's home doesn't make me believe his written statement saying he doesn't have anything to add.

 

Other than the fact she has taken a polygraph test and testified under oath that it was Kavanaugh.

And just what is the FBI going to investigate? All she can provide is an unsubstantiated claim that is 35 years old. No idea where it happened, can only remember a few people that can not provide any more proof. What do they do? Not like there is any prints, pictures etc that can be referenced

 

Those don't prove anything. The polygraph only measures if she believes what she says.

I remember watching this at the time and being shocked that this beautiful, intelligent, classy, graceful woman wasn't found credible. And I thought things were getting better but obviously nothing has changed in the last 36 years.

 

...Ford has completed 4 hours of testimony...and was "believable....period.

 

But not reliable.

Nothing damning came out.

Democrats had to grandstand because there was really nothing else they could do. Half of their alloted time was spent thanking her, the other half complaining.
