She says she did. Husband said she did. Therapist didn't write down offender's name in records. Happens all the time that therapist doesn't write down content of narrative. So no, not proven to be a lie.

 

So the claims naming Kavanaugh are dated to this year.

The documentary evidence, yes. But just because the name doesn't show up in a 2012 medical record (a therapist's record nonetheless) is not at all surprising. Therapists routinely do not include substantive information of communications. But to say that it is proven to be a lie that she named Kavanaugh before this year is ignoring the evidence that says otherwise.

Its not a proven lie, but right now its just a claim unless the therapist is deposed and verifies.

She testified yesterday that she notified someone when she saw Kavanaughs name on the short list before he was nominated. Please try and keep up as I know news probably travels slow to suburbia or is it siberia?
