The video shows her at the confirmation hearings with Ford's lawyer. So she has something to do with the confirmation in some capacity. Not anything official, something more sinister.

The doxx was for senators who are voting for Kavanaugh, its intimidating people who are voting to confirm. Even though she has nothing to do with the confirmation, her office shouldn't be trying to doxx senators to influence their votes.

Fair enough. If that's her, then she was there (along with all the other people in the picture).

Ok, agreed, doxxing is bad, but what's that got to do with the envelope?

Well, the envelope passing shows she is merely more than being there to be there. She is handing something to Ford's lawyer. Who knows what it is, but in any case, it seems like they are in contact with each other.

Ok. And I guess it makes sense that it's something underhanded, since they did it on national television?

The doxx wasn't on national television. She probably didn't know she would be recorded passing whatever she passed to Ford's lawyer.

Right, because politicians never notice TV cameras.

I think you are going to need to find out what's in the envelope before you can make a case here.

well, then let's get the FBI involved and have them put forth a complete and thorough investigation and in the meantime the vote for Kavanaugh should be put on hold. So if you commit a crime, does that make your employer and those you work with guilty as well?

If it was done at their direction, yes.

He is arrested and it is a separate criminal matter.

Well, to Lindsay Graham's credit, he hasn't been accused of sexually assaulting any female.

...lol...so much for your conspiracy theory; https://www.snopes.com/news/2018/09/28/sheila-jackson-lee-envelope/

Unsurprisingly, it was much ado about nothing. The envelope contained notes to Ford from women outside the hearing room who were unable to be seated inside during her testimony, Jackson Lee’s spokesperson Robin Chand told us in an email, “Simply, what was passed were unopened stationery notes to counsel for Dr. Ford from women who wanted to enter the hearing room but were not allowed to enter the hearing room.”

...among other things, the FBI reportedly was prevented from checking into Kavanaugh's drinking history...what a sham of an "investigation".

    ...and oh, there's this from Kavanaugh's room mate;

Looks like the fix is in!!

The White house limits the scope of the FBI investigation.

They didn't interview Ford or Kavanaugh.

There were over 40 people the DIDN'T interview.

Now these RAPEpublicans won't even release the FBI findings to the public EVEN THOUGH senators on both sides want the report released.

    Fuck Donald Trump.

And if Mitch McConnell dies at the podium, I'd Futterwacken vigorously!

Whether it happened or not, what evidence do you realistically expect to uncover after 30+ years? More people saying he did it, to go along with the ones saying he didnt do it? A bunch of people saying some stuff and not proving anything beyond a reasonable doubt is all that can happen at this point.

This isn't a criminal trial so no proof of beyond reasonable doubt is necessary. If more questions continue to come up then this nominee should be passed on as there are plenty of candidates with clean records.
