Even if Allen or a new owner wanted to move it to Seattle, the NBA would not allow it to happen. Zero chance.

While I agree with you, similar exhortations were spoken by more than one Sonics fan in 2005-06.

So the Blazers would go from the middle to the 4th most valued franchise? Slight exaggeration there.

    Nope.

The newness of it all would cause it to skyrocket in value. All run corporate as fuck. Its happening before your nose

Name a team that moved where the city supported the team, had a legit stadium/arena, and the league was fine with them leaving?

Rams, Raiders, Chargers, Sonics, and almost the Kings were all stadium/arena type issues.

    That's your argument?

The facts are that Seattle wasn't supporting their team and wasn't willing to help build an arena. Let's not act like they were some thriving market for basketball.

No. Seattle had just built a new arena about 5 years before. Then the Sonics demanded big changes. The voters and politicians rightfully told them to fuck off. In a state without income tax, they can't subsidize billionaires.

    What new arena?

Key Arena was an absolute dump. I went to the final Blazers game there and I couldn't believe the NBA allowed one of their teams to play in an arena that poor.
