Did the Yankees loss piss our Michael off that badly he turnef into a hurricane.??? If so he is well warranted and Justified hang in there YankeeFan5545...
We were luck in this area nothing but storms surges and squalls that stopped as soon as they began. Felt bod for the folks in the Panhandle Area they get a lot of hurricane activity there. Always liked that area of Florida but when I came back to Florida to stay in '86 there was no work there. Feel for those folks in Georgia & the Carolinas as well.
Watching video and following news really feel for those folks up there. Reminded me of Andrew back in '92. My brother was stationed at Homestead AFB and departed for a new duty station about two tweeks prior to Andrews arrival. That Homestead neighborhood where he formerly resided looked like a huge dozer had crushed. Nasty things hurricanes.
Weather people in New York area telling us we are getting remnants of Michael. This hurricane never went out to sea in the Carolinas. Right now it is pelting Virginia and South New Jersey. I am convinced forecasters still have a tough time to forecast with accuracy.......
