    In most cases the child was already a viable fetus before the thought of invading a foreign country to stick it's citizens with the financial burden of delivering and raising it even occurred to it's lazy, irresponsible parents.

    One thing is crystal clear, no child born to non-citizens in a "Sanctuary City/State" is eligible for US citizenship, due to the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

    Reagan did this on a promise from Dems that they would overhaul immigration laws to prevent illegal aliens from entering and/or remaining in our country ever again.

    The Dems, many of them still actually in office today, fucking lied to America.

    So now, (surprised?) their word is worthless as dogshit and the immigration overhaul will take place without their participation.

    For those of you blathering about "jurisdiction" - if you really mean that, write your congress critter/senator and demand that all first generation citizens be exempt from paying taxes or going to prison for criminal acts. They would all need to be treated like not just foreign citizens, but foreign citizens with diplomatic immunity. All other foreign citizens in the US are indeed subject to US jurisdiction.

    Frankly, I don't think some of you understand the definition of "jurisdiction".

    We're opposed to any and all illegal aliens, and any other subversion of immigration laws.

    Race is not part of the issue, which is National Security.

    To say it's racist to enforce the immigration laws we have, mostly written and passed by Dems still in office today, is a lying leftist talking point with no basis in fact.
