The way we use, or don’t use Layman is baffling. The guy needs more touches. 2 shots? Seriously? Stop relying on two guys for fuuuucks sake. Same with Nurk. Fucking feeeeed him.

Shit doesn't hurt that bad. That same play happens in every game. No one else takes 2 minutes to sulk behind the basket.

 

I get why CJ played with the second unit tonight, but if Curry misses games I’d hope one of the rookies got a chance instead.

 

There is no defense against Lebron. All you can hope to do is keep up on the other end. When we’re down 15+ against a rolling Lebron, I’d rather have Melo out there than someone like Aminu who teams completely ignore.

Trent could see some minutes soon.

 

Wade Baldwin, Trent and Simons gonna get some play. I know they're bringing them along slow, but the education is gonna have to speed up. Trent , I feel, could be ready now as well.

 

I think you put Layman on the bench unit in place of Curry. Sub Layman out for Turner at the 6 minute mark for Turner than dub Stauskas and Layman in at the 3 minute mark for Dame and CJ.

 

The Hammy act was just as silly. It really is pathetic, then he's all good, no limp, no headache. ALL Hollywood.

When a team scores 117 and loses, it is safe to say the problem is on the defensive end.

 

What happened? I turned it off at halftime because I could see what was coming. Lillard had done nothing as usual, then in the last 2 minutes hogged all the shots for the glory and missed all, while LeBron made all his. We are poorly coached, so I turned it off.

 

I saw what happened to us in the playoffs. We played a team hungry for a win tbat ratcheted up the defense on us and we fell to pieces. Not much else to say really.

 

If you could see what was coming, why are you asking what happened?

The guy had 21 points on 13 shots, 14 rebounds, 4 blocks, and 3 steals. He's been fantastic this season.

 

But getting back to what's really fucking sad.... Showing up in this forum over an hour after the game is over to collect anti - Nurk comments and then quote them back to me as if some great injustice has been done. Either show up when I'm into the game and point these out to me when he's actually playing or forget about it. We got our asses handed to us this game.... the mood was shitty ALL AROUND and got progressively worse. There are a lot of losses like that.

 

You literally fucking said that Nurk costs us points and he never addresses his shitty finishing.

He's shooting 52% from the field and 80% from the line and you're in here acting like he never makes a shot or improves his game. I really have no clue what the fuck you are watching.

 

Did you hear a word I just said?! Talk to me during THE GAME. There's over 30 pages of posts in there. The only thing that's current is what is happening AT THE TIME. If Nurk is having a good game just point it out to me then. When the game is over I don't give a crap. The only thing I care about is that we won or lost. Posts in the Game Thread are TIME SENSITIVE..... If I saw Nurk is having a sucky year in a general thread then fine, point it out. But not off the cuff remarks when we are posting 5 times per second.

 

LA has one person who played tonight that shoots over 36% from 3 for their career. They hit 15/31 3s, LA also hit 23/26 FTs something they have been one of the worst in the league st this year.
When a team smashes their normality in 3s and st the line with a ton of attempts it makes it incredibly hard to win. You need an almost flawless game to win and we clearly did not play flawlessly.
