I liked the tattoo part and the song was pretty catchy. She should have retired when Obama had the house and senate under control.
She needs to retire! This whole idea they are in the office for life is crazy. Any other industry she's retired or simply moved out.
I don't agree with the lifetime appointments either. They need to have term limits too. That said, until it is changed she can stay till she dies if she wants.
I’m guessing she’s enjoying her remaining years right now. Some people enjoy retirement while others, especially with jobs they believe have purpose, enjoy working more. A man I knew retired from construction work at age 94. A couple months later he said he made a mistake. Then this previously healthy as an ox guy had 3 heart attacks in two years and passed away last year at 97.
I know she has a job till death. Hope her well, but if she cant perform her duties she'd should retire like any decent justice would!
She's made it publicly clear her rulings have all been tainted by her unwavering leftist political opinions. She's unfit to judge anyone or anything.
So, under the same logic, all those conservative SC judges who have unwavering right poltical opinions are also not fit?
This same logic would certainly apply to Kavanaugh whom you supported with all your heart. Didn't he say something about Hillary and Leftists being against him? Didn't he say it in a highly impassioned tone of voice?
All SC judges who follow the original intentions of The Constitution and it's Amendments deserve to be on SCOTUS. Anyone who attempts to apply their own "Modern interpretation" is violating their oath, and should step down or be impeached. The Amendment process is the only legitimate approach to "modernize" The Constitution, and it works quite well.
Stating known facts about extremists is not the same as inserting extremist anti-American views into government service.
But these were not known facts, they were subjective opinions. Now, you're gonna disagree, then I'm gonna disagree with your disagreement, and so on, and so on, and so on.
