Yep, the oceans are rising, have been for about 18000 years this cycle. I think they have risen bout 192 feet or so from the last low point with maybe a bit more to go. Projections range from 6 inches more to as much as 3 feet more. Remember, the anthropologist tell us that the native Americans walked here across the land that connected Siberia to Alaska back in the day when the oceans were much lower.

So if the oceans have risen by 190 feet in 18000 years, or 10 feet every Milena on average, then we know it is slowing, not increasing since we also know the oceans have only risen in inches in the most recent 1000 years.

Ha! Obama saying, "this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow.." embarrassed me for him and his overt pandering to ill informed. But then, in amazement to me,
    the dummies bought it.

    "The oceans are dead"

    And

"You claim the oceans aren't rising."

Hey! I just looked at a navigation chart of the Bering Strait between Cape Prince of Wales Alaska and Cape Dezhneva Sibera where the Diomede Islands are located. The deepest depth
of the ocean between those two capes is 51 meters. So that must be a pretty good indicator of just how much the seas have risen in the past 18000 years. Men walked across there
at some point less than 18000 years ago, more like 11000 years ago I think. So the rate on average is 16 feet per Milena. That means the rise is really slowing way down since it is now in inches per every 1000 years. I guess the Pacific Islanders that chose some Atoll to stake out, just didn't do his home work, he needed one a foot or two higher to take him through the high tide. Maybe a Darwin award is in order.

Tell that to the people of Miami where the ocean level keeps rising and rising and rising.
Tell that to NASA who's measurements of the Earth's ice keeps declining.
Tell that to NOAA who equates our increased intensity of hurricanes to Global Warming and who's measurements of the Earth's average temperature keeps climbing and climbing and climbing.
    Where are Mr. Coleman's measurements?
Did you know that Mr. Coleman's training in meteorology consists of a batchelor's degree in journalism from the University of Illinois? He was kicked out of the Weather Channel and he quit the American Meteorological Society. He claimed he never took any scientific measurements.

How about quoting someone with some real credentials?

By the way, on a separate matter, how's your mom? My wife and I really enjoyed her company and I think you're very lucky to have her as a mom. We have fond memories of our visit. Sadly, medical complications make future visits all but impossible.

Also, what a beautiful home you have. Will never forget your man cave.

You know we owe you, your wife and your mother dinner don't you? Let the world know, you people went beyond gracious. By the way, we've got extra bedrooms in our nice, but not as nice as your, home.

His politics being a separate matter, he is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Extremely well mannered and as gracious as anyone I've met. He certainly had a good upbringing.

He's got a great mother who once took on the Hell's Angels and I'm not kidding.

Calvin Natt probably knows his 7th-grader's mother well. But he probably didn't know about her hanging out with the Hell's Angels.

He doesn't actually believe what he says. He says it because it gets a reaction.
