The dude is disingenuous as possible. He gives you no insight into why Madison put the amendment forward to begin with and that it stems from Natural law. The militia, stuff is a true but is was inserted to politically satisfy that faction of voters. As with most political
agreements, it is born in compromise which then results in less clarity for all parties involved. But it passes.

So it's disingenuous to consider Madison's words instead of his intentions? That seems a little disingenuous.

Berger was a deep state globalist replacement for deep state globalist Warren.

He was a doddering old fool when it came to legalese, routinely mocked by his 8 "peers" on the court.

He openly opposed most personal freedoms in America, preferring a socialist approach.

1967 speech that Burger had given at Ripon College. In it, Burger compared the United States judicial system to those of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark:

I assume that no one will take issue with me when I say that these North European countries are as enlightened as the United States in the value they place on the individual and on human dignity. [Those countries] do not consider it necessary to use a device like our Fifth Amendment, under which an accused person may not be required to testify. They go swiftly, efficiently and directly to the question of whether the accused is guilty. No nation on earth goes to such lengths or takes such pains to provide safeguards as we do, once an accused person is called before the bar of justice and until his case is completed.

Oh, you intuit too much from my word.
By all means have faith in his words, the right to bear arms shall not be infringed.
But understanding the original intent will make your day, brighten it with clarity!

All men have the right to defend their rights, including their life, with the force of arms if necessary.

Are you talking to my brother in law? I just gotta ask because my Brother in Law was going off on how Obama was an illegatimite president and born in Suadia arabia and how he didni't even win the popular vote and that deomcrats never win the votes they just hack all the election and have millions of dead people voting for them. Also Clinton and pizza gate is real and on the 5th she and all the democrats are going to be prosecuted because they are all child molesters and are funded, and in turn, fund saudia Arabia and iran terrorists. The whole time he was talking I was thinking "man he sounds like Maris on s2".

This is who the Republican Party is today: A Republican Supreme Court Chief Justice, appointed by Richard Nixon no less, is considered a "socialist" by the base.

    Hoo boy!
