I kind of disagree. Meyers plays because he can shoot. He doesnt really do any of the things you would think a 7 footer should do. he’s not a great rebounder, he’s not great on defense. Literally I think the inverse is true here, if Swanigan was 4 inches shorter, slow of foot and rebounding was his only elite skill he wouldnt be in the nba.

I'm picking Baldwin because he melted down in one preseason or summer league ..has to grow out of that..it was him, Biggie or Meyers for me..Meyers is vastly improved and as has been pointed out...there's a case for not picking anybody in the poll...tough poll question

If Meyers had great BBIQ he would be an All Star

At the start of the season this question would’ve been easy to answer, Leonard no question. But he’s been greatly improved so far this season, knowing his role, and playing within himself. So I find this a tough question to answer.

If Meyers was shorter he wouldn't be in the NBA but that is another question. This is about BBIQ. Time and again it has been reported that Meyers is pretty much the most studied player on the court. He also directs traffic on the court continuously and makes passes that convert into baskets. Not gonna get into specifics on his play. Biggie has never shown he has anything but general hustle and willingness to work hard. This question is about BBIQ.

But still if he wasn't a 7 footer that could set good screens, pass and stretch the floor i doubt he would be in the NBA at all. He doesn't shoot that well.

Gonna be in Vegas for this game. I'm gonna have to figure out a way to watch it. Is reddit still a source to stream games?

Yeah i have done that in the past but the Blazers rarely get a good monitor place. Rockets might though. We are hitting a show at 10pm so i figure i'll be in the room while the wife gets ready. Come to think of it while i'm writing this you are probably right. The sports book might be best. It's no fun while she gets ready.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "basketball IQ". Meyers knows all the plays, knows where every teammate is on the floor, makes the right passes, directs traffic on offense, calls out the other teams offense .... Meanwhile, Aminu is as dumb as a box of rocks, rarely makes the right read or pass, etc. Meyers problem isn't that he doesn't understand what he's supposed to do, it's his glacial decision making and reaction time.

Meyers IQ is fine - it's his processing speed that sucks. He thinks too much, and thinks too slowly. That's vastly different from Aminu, who is incapable of thought.

Nope, there is also his physical lack of coordination.

Oh sure Mr. Vocabulary, you know the big words for what I said.
