    One of the problems with drafting "projects." Even if you believe in the kid's talent, the coaching staff has to put in the work to develop it. The kid is struggling, and I don't see any signs that the coaching staff doing anything to throw him a life line. To all appearances, they are just sitting on their hands and letting him sink. That seems to be their approach to Nurk as well.
