The last five games, Klay has averaged 12/4/3 on 35% FG and 18% from 3 in 34 mpg.

This is worse than our Utah loss.

LeBron gets hurt, Warriors get within two and then fall behind by 31. At home. With the world watching. They’re supposed to be the champs. That is worse than our loss to healthy Utah team.

So what? They don't give a fuck about the regular season because theyre so supremely talented. Regular season losses dont mean anything to champs.

LeBron isn't hurt. He doesn't get hurt. He's just trolling us..he'll sit out a few games to get his teammates playing well together. Lakers will go 2-1 in his absence. This is all calculated. That's how good he is

Yeah, it's never happened to you. I don't believe it has for one second.

Look bones, can I deny you housing for being white? A job? would you ever get told to take your family pictures down so you don't lose monetary value in your home during its appraisal? DL Hughley had his house appraised for 100K less for being black. That's REAL LIFE money...

White people don't really experience racism. Plain and simple. They sit idly by and watch as it happens to us.

After watching much of the media, I thought almost everything was racist, sexist, bigoted or homophobic....except in anything Hollywood does or in rap lyrics.

Ever heard the proverb, "To the man with a hammer, all the world is a nail"?

I think it's fair to say that white people really don't experience racism, and often don't see racism when it exists. However, I think it's also fair to posit that those who have experienced racism may also have a tendency to infer it in situations where it isn't. Confirmation bias works both ways.

I really think Barnes was standing up for our system with AAU as compared to the Euro model. If I was him I would too. And I also believe Barnes would agree that no system is perfect.
Neither of these guys remarks were wrong in my opinion...

I disagree completely. And that's a terrible analogy.

Hammers need nails or else their existence is futile.

I don't need racism EVER but definitely know what it looks like.

It's not an analogy. The proverb is actually about seeing the tool at your disposal as the solution for every problem. Which still doesn't apply, obviously. But the broader concept is the idea of applying that with which one is familiar to everything one sees. Strongly religious people see religious context in everything. The academically-focused view most things through an education lens. For those for whom commerce reigns supreme, every issue is a financial one. And my point is that you are much more likely to see racism in things than I or others in this forum are; and since we are all fallible, it's possible that occasionally you see racism when it isn't actually there.

Doesnt mean Cubans comments were racist or had racist intent.

It doesn't apply here. Also, I'm tired of pointing out racism. I can't wait for the day when I don't have to. The word isn't some tool to be used for whatever purpose. Cuban brought up things black people do, compared it to Slovenia, and already has history of saying hooded black people scare him.

    Fuck him.

What do you ACTIVELY do to combat racism?

    Real question.
