The only scenario that I can imagine where it would be acceptable was if you had someone in the lobby being very loud on their phone. That would warrant someone engaging with them to see if they were a guest and maybe to ask them to quiet down a bit.

I just saw a story about a crazy old white guy telling a black guy he didn't think he lived in his apartment complex. FUCKING RACIST!!!!!!!

Apparently the same night the crazy old white guy yelled at a white couple because he didn't think they lived in the apartment building.

WHOOPS.....he was just being a nosy neighbor that time. He was still obviously racist towards the black guy because he was white. Has to be. Has to be a racist.

 

If there's a video of every second of this interaction I'd be interested in what happened. If there isn't then nobody knows jack. Is old Earl a racist? Maybe.
