Nobody has officially said they are running but a few have now said they are exploring the option. Some of the most likely options:

    Sen. Bernie Sanders (Vt.)
    Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.)
    Sen. Kamala D. Harris (Calif.)
    Former vice president Joe Biden
    Sen. Cory Booker (N.J.)
    New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu
    Sen. Sherrod Brown (Ohio)
New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo
Former New York mayor Michael Bloomberg

Then there's others like Mark Cuban, Erik Holder and Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson who I doubt will make a go but if they do they will at least make some waves.

I did not add Hillary as I see her chances as zero.

who else? Who has no shot and who would you be excited for?

Such a farce. The DNC was proven to have rigged it for Hillary, then the DNC admitted they rigged it for Hillary and said it was their right to do so. They made no changes nor will they do it differently this time around.

Hillary would beat Biden, who is the obvious winner if she sits out.

There really is nobody else at this point who will be "declared" the Dem candidate.

I haven't got a clue what Mark Cuban's position is on anything. Therefore I would rate him my favorite Democrat if he says he is one.

However, I expect to see Hillary again.

It's the 2020 RNC field that is going to be interesting.

Trump's legal problems are only mounting. It's going to be fun to see who declares first and when that happens.

I'm afraid Republicans have made their bed and now have to sleep in it. They have thrown all in on Trump and will reap the reward which will be more impressive than what they won in 2018.

I hope you're right. I'd even vote for one of them. I'm a registered Republican.

Agreed. But that's why i put DNC in the thread title so we can end up with two interesting threads on the RNC and DNC candidates and not just have one massive argument fest (I'm sure that will happen anyways). But I figured I'd let a more conservative poster start the RNC version of this thread.
