We could just automate the process. Whoever is the lead actor in the most popular movie of the year gets to be President the following year. Wouldn't need to bother with elections anymore.

It's not hard to go higher than where the Republican party is right now.

    Again, you're speaking from conjecture.

She eloquently responded to those racist attacks and EVISCERATED Scott Brown. Literally handed him a new pair of shorts to exchange the ones he shit in when he found out he had to debate her.

You most CERTAINLY have a side. Stop. You JUST said:

Well it's those candidates vs the Idiot in the white house now.

And there are LOTS more dems running that will be FAR better and more qualified than the racist in office now.

    Mark those words you spoke.

That same country you speak of had HILLARY as an alternative to Trump. And she still garnered over 3 million more votes than Drumpf.

and lost....which this country cannot repeat...next election needs to be a slam dunk...trotting out last elections candidates to me is not going to do that...even Warren is forming a committee to start exploring her chances with doubt that she'll be able to get elected...unfortunately, the best candidate is not always the best choice...fire with fire...you need someone who is extremely popular across the country...Arnold became governor without much experience...this is how you beat Trump...run someone much popular than he ever was. That's probably not going to be a career politician at this point. Warrren would be a great vice president to get her foot in the door

You don't seem to understand that's what I meant. The Dems had a flawed candidate.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Bottom line, you'd vote for her over Trump wouldn't you?

On a race vs Trump, I guarantee she wins Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania...

    That's why Hillary lost.

Change Presidential elections tend to go for the “opposite” of what is in the White House at that moment because people get tired. Reagan came after Carter. The opposite. Obama after Bush. The opposite.

An actor or business guy like Howard Schultz has little chance this time I think.

People will want an opposite of Trump - someone calmer. Smart. No drama. Versed in government. That’s my take.

she's expressed doubt putting her hat into the fray....let's stick to the topic...we're not talking about every candidate....you really want to see Trump insult Warren for a year and a half and win? I don't and I fear that's exactly what would happen....Warren doesn't have the popularity necessary to sweep an election in my view. The job is now a popularity contest unfortunately

She was the strategic advisor for the Democratic Party last election...she was all over the campaign trail but not as a presidential candidate...she has won elections as a Senate candidate...she's a politician...was a Republican until 1995

I'll vote against Trump...not sure who for though.....I'm not happy with Dems or Republicans at all. Bottom line is I'll vote against Trump again. I just hope it's for someone I actually want to have as president.

    She's a better debater than Obama.[/QUOTE]

That’s setting the bar incredibly low.

Tom Hanks is too busy buying off sexual harassment victims to want more publicity right now.
