They love it in the South. When I first had one in 1968 in Alabama they were 10 cents each. They looked like they used a Parker House dinner roll for a bun. A teenager had to eat ten of them in order to feel full.
Steak and lobster is what they virtually all crave. Of course, that would be their second choice after a room temperature Burger King and some cold fries.
I'll admit that a whopper with cheese and no condiments at all ain't bad at room temp. It probably isn't real food but it tastes good

I actually wish I believed he knew it would be a thing. If I were him and wanted to do this I'd have had a real meal off camera and swore everyone to secrecy.
