no, this isn't a trade thread. It's a thread asking if AD hates Portland by now: * on April 6, 2014, Davis injured his back against Portland and missed the final 6 games of the season. He had physical therapy in the off-season * on March 18, 2016, Davis injured his left knee against Portland and missed the rest of the season, 14 games * on Oct 24. 2017, he again injured his left knee, 5 minutes into the game, and was taken for an MRI; results negative. He missed the next game * on Dec 1, 2017, just prior to a game with Portland, he was diagnosed with a groin pull and missed the Blazer game and 4 of the next 6 games * in a light practice/walk-thru the day before the 11/1/2018 game with the Blazers, Davis aggravated a strained elbow and missed the game * finally, last Friday night, in the loss to Portland, Davis injured the index finger on his left hand and may miss a month of action why would he even risk playing against Portland for the rest of his career? Did Portland's 'big-man-injury-juju' migrate to AD?
Clearly the only reasonable answer is to demand a trade to Portland. And you said this was not a trade thread. Sneaky.
I bet you could have a similar list for any other team in the NBA in regards to Davis getting hurt. So many times he leaves games due to some minor injury.
Now I'm curious how many times he left the game with an injury... is still surmise that he probably has been injured the most against us. T hats just a crazy amount.
I'm pretty sure about half of that list are injuries that he sustained in other games and just re-aggravated against us or that he tried to play through and wasn't able to.
Clearly he needs to play for us instead of against us. It seems like that would alleviate much of his injury problems.
Lol. I think he sees it as the opposite. AD: Man.. Im fragile. How am I ever going to last in this league???? His Agent: Avoid Portland at all costs based on their big man injury history....
For a guy who is such a great basketball player, he sure is made of glass. This dude would get injured blowing his own nose. Sounds to me like New Orleans either needs to fire their medical staff, or Davis needs to fire his personal trainer.
Watch him run and even walk, his hips down, are very awkward and looks out of synch with the rest of his body.
