Press conference on Wednesday because Neil thought that was the trade deadline, then they changed it to 50-year anniversary stuff! :). :NOTMARIS:

WTF? Someone explain this one to me. That makes no sense. How does he and his 20 million salary, fit with LBJ and the possible AD?

That's too funny to be true!

He really does nothing after all? Is it true? Can't be.

    I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE IT.

I would love to see how creative Saric would be finding Layman on his cuts.

Is Minnesota using him right or why are his numbers down so much?

He was good in philly and stepped up in the playoffs. They just got someone better. Minnesota is dumb. Don’t care about them.

It was kind of a joke, but its weird how fast he’s fallen out of favor in Minnesota.

If Pelicans come calling and ask for CJ, Collins, Moe, ET and 4 first round picks for AD and Mirotic. Would you do the trade?

I think 3 is the max because you can't go out passed 7 years and can't trade away consecutive year's picks.

I think you can only trade 3 firsts? I may be wrong there. The answer is yes I would.

    Interesting proposition.

When do you say “enough is enough”? If you said 1-2 first rounders, I don’t bat much of an eye. But when you start to look at the calendar, consider when Davis can walk, when Dame can walk.... you start to ask whether or not you’re killing for future for the present. If we’re suddenly in shit-hole territory, not having those draft picks kind of scares me.

You can trade 4 if you have all your future 1sts. 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2025 works because you can trade picks as far as 7 drafts out.

We'd have to tank only in years that end in even numbered seasons like 2021-22 and 2023-24 ha ha.

I prefer to keep Harkless and give them Aminu instead ......but either way YES!
    This year it gives us
    Dame, Curry
    Hood, Trent, Simons
    Jake , Harkless
    Nurk and Meyers
    AD , Mirotic

Next year we fill in the hole at
    SG and back up PG

No because both those players will walk after the contract is up. You throw away the future for rentals and that what your going get if you go after AD and Mirotic. Now if you trading for Mirotic for Harkless and a 1st that would be OK. Due to you you might be able to resign Mirotic and if he walks you get out of Harkless contract one year earlier.
