My best guess would be the price of the ticket. Minnesota games are probably much cheaper and get alot of sales closer to game day from people who usually wouldn't be able to afford a ticket to a game against the Lakers. Just a guess though.
Maybe Derrick Rose's all-star votes aren't an anomaly and he's really a big enough draw to pull fans in on the road?
SA is damn near at the bottom. They can be boring. Some of the home team attendances were surprising. Cleveland was in the top 10. They must have made the season ticket holders commit for several years when LBJ was there.
