ok, yeah I heard the west side didn't get much. My daughter lives downtown near Good Sam Hospital and she didn't really get any snow there.

Yeah I hear about 15 minutes west of us there are places with 4-5 inches. We still have basically nothing and doesnt appear like anything is on the side streets either.

Crazy how it hits in some areas and not in others. I remember several years ago and snow storm came rolling through and dumped snow on the westside and nothing on the east.

When I went to bed last night it said it was going to snow all night and everytime I was up with one of the kids it was either raining or dry. Its very weird, from the report I read this morning theres a better chance for a lot of snow next week then there was today.

Got about 5 inches of snow at our house in NE. Kids all sledding down the driveways and hills in our hood!

5 inches up at my house in washington... but down here at work everything is drivable... at least until tonight when it all freezes... and then freezes again tomorrow night when I have to drive back up. Lol.

Finally snowing here in the west hills. Weird that we got the least snow up to now.

Our whopping 1/2 inch is completely melted. Didn't even need chains all the way to and all the way back from the hospital about 15 miles up and down several hills this morning.
    So, where's this big storm?
Crap, even in this day they can't predict shit. I remember the Columbus day storm when there was zero warning. The first I knew the Columbus day storm was gonna be a problem was when the wind started blowing my off the sidewalk and onto the street on my way home from Lincoln High School. The next thing I knew was a policeman telling me to get off the street and into a near by apartment building on S.W. Vista.
I swear, I can tell the weather better than the weatherman by reading the Farmer's Almanac and looking at the sky.
