Hmmm. This brings me to a question. What do you think would raise more revenue for a Vegas based stadium? To cram as many people in there like most stadiums, or provide comfort with elbow room, costing thousands of less seats, BUT each seat has a slot the seat ticket holder can use all throughout the game? I thought at first it would be the extra seats, but the more I think about it, timeouts, half times, boring games, blowouts, etc...I could see some serious coin being tossed into the slots. I think a person could blow $100 easily on a nickel or quarter slot if sitting there for three hours. I think I'm onto something and should join the Vegas stadium project committee.
I know, but thats for the raiders right? What about baseball and basketball? I think they fucked up by not coming to me for some input/advise on the raiders stadium....I coulda brought them bank for them to take to the bank!
Then they REALLY fucked up by not gettign me on the horn first. Maybe they knew my percent of take for my input would be more than they were willing to pay out. They fucked up. I have the plan of plans to make Vegas rich... richer than they are now.
Canzano, you could also stop writing your stupid articles repeating the same thing for the last 15 years.
Canzano does that in a patronizing, stirring the pot sort of way. I didnt get that from this guys posts.
Canzano is more devious than your innocent mind realizes. He breathes among us, contaminating the very air we breathe.
More likely that Paul probably left in his well to his sister that who buys the team must agree to keep the team in Portland.
If someone from Vegas buys the Blazers I might start to worry. And even then I don't think I would take the chance of a move all that seriously. I stick by the theory that eventually the MLB to Portland group will give up on the MLB and buy the Blazers.
No one will buy this expansive franchise just to move it when they can buy the Pelicans instead. -Pelicans don't have a fanbase - it's a much easier sell to Silver. -Pelicans are now owned by some lady whose husband just died and that man's children are now after her head for stealing their heritage. -I think the Pelicans don't own The Smoothie Cream Center (or whatever it's called), so it's easier to buy and move a team "without a home". And if the buyer is REALLY wealthy he would buy the Knicks which are for sale now.
Ive been concerned for some time now......Portland 's getting a reputation i just heard they are going to fly to Hawaii from Pdx.
