Zach had 13 minutes tonight 4/5 with 3 turnover. But if he going to be part of the future you need to play him more 13 minutes. Stotts have to quick a hook on him he should be getting over 20 minutes at least.

 

Obviously... I've played against high level players before. I know what it's like as well as anyone in here.

Tired legs don't really affect my shot. If I'm tired, I still think I could go 2 for 17. A lot of the shots they got were wide open. I don't think I'd struggle getting them off more than the average NBA player and I think I could shoot at least 10%.

 

So...why aren't you in the G league now? Or playing overseas?

I think it depends on what we're saying with could we get a shot off... Guys playing with Dame or other stars often get really wide open shots. It's not like NBA athletes teleport or something... Yeah, they'd run out but you'd get that shot off unless your release is awfully freaking slow. I mean I've never really seen Bones play other then some video's from the 3 on 3 league and some HS game he posted a while back, I would have my doubts he's gonna be breaking down an NBA defender and getting a good shot off, but could he run around some screens and get open, probably. I completely understand that NBA Athletes are freaking amazing, seen plenty of professional athletes up close, but lets not make them out to be more then they are.

 

Well the part in that post that cannot be argued is "I still think..." and " I don't think..." and "I think I could..." so we will leave it at that. You think you can and i don't.

 

Can someone give BonesJones and I a chance to go one on one? Where and when can we play? We’ll see how good he is. I could be a pro baller too.

 

No that's what he changed it to when people called him on his statement. It went from being able to shoot better than 2-17 to i think i could get the shots off because people said he wouldn't be able to even get the shot off. It's a ridiculous argument.

 

nah...let's be realistic....I've seen Bones on video shooting by himself...coming off the bench in a small college school game and 3 on 3 ripcity videos...nothing against anybody but it's another level to play in the NBA

 

Haha, I mean no offense here but I believe Jones is like 22 and in decent shape (not pro Athlete shape but good shape), I think he would wreck you pretty hard. Me too for that matter not trying to say Im good lol.

 

I saw this loss coming from a mile away. Dame was on IG Live last night at 240 eastern in his hotel tub filled with ice in it. Missing CJ and Nurk on a tough shooting night on 2nd of a b2b is brutal. Woulda rested everyone tbh.

 

Because
1.) Shooting 12% isn't good.
2.) Every other aspect of basketball.

 

There’s a good chance he cant beat me let alone the Pistons.

Yeah exactly. Why do we have to take a step back. The original statement was crazy game thread talk. He got called on it. Simple.

 

Definitely dont think any of us in our wildest dreams could play in the NBA not saying we could. The question was about getting a shot off though, not our viability as NBA players...

 

If I was getting burned then I wouldn't be putting in that much effort!

I would be tired. Not tired enough to shoot worse than 2 for 17 though.
