So the wife and I were riding our bikes at Lake Mead today and we were on the last 2 miles of our trip uphill and this 60 year old 175lb woman flew by us like we were standing still. Saw she was on a Trek electric bike. It was really cool (just googled them and they run from 2 to 7 thousand dollars give or take) Anyway she hauled ass up some pretty steep hills. I think we should all get them. I could totally ride one of these things to work instead of drive 12 minutes each way. I could ride my regular bike but I don't wanna.
Behind the camera. Accidentally got the twin girls who were jogging in the picture. They were serious. Barely passed them and stayed in front of em.
She was still pedaling. Want to test ride one even though there's no way I'm paying 4 grand for a bike.
I figured that. Well, not the part about your twin girls. Nice to see you instilling some desire to exercise. I you know, I have a psychiatrist friend who once told me about the four common characteristics of highly successful people. 1. A life long pursuit of improved self mental health. This goes for everyone including mental health professionals; 2. A highly developed sense of spirituality. This can be religion but doesn't have to be; 3. A desire to help others. This must be voluntary and not your job. This lets out priests and psychiatrists unless they do something voluntary on the side. Think of mentoring; 4. Constant, lifelong exercise. I believe it.

In 1975 I test drove and nearly purchased a brand new Porsche 914 that they had on sale for $3,999.00.
