Kingspeed was inspired by Turner doing something Dame couldn't do (getting a triple-double), so Kingspeed thought he would do something CJ can't.

Holy cow. It gets cooler. Got a request for an Evan for Select. Sure enough it was Evan Turner’s house. I was freaking out and also why he was going out!! Well he came out with another guy and it was that guy who got in. It was Evan’s high school teacher and Evan had called the Uber for him. Ok I can breathe now.

I do need to work and I think I would’ve been too nervous. NBA players are a big deal to me.

If we paid people a living wage there would be no need for tips.

Read the conversation regarding the tips and as I visited US a couple of weeks ago I got to say i'm a bit surprised with the whole tipping concept.

Since we were 8 in many places we got the tip added to the bill by default (some rules of groups over 6). I don't say the service was bad, but at least let me judge it  . Very surprising also the very high tips. In Europe even 10% is considered very good and it's mostly like El Presidente mentioned "keep the change" and it's not that waiters are rich men over here. It is what it is though. I also didn't get at all why the tax is not included in the price displayed on the menu :dunno:

Hiw. He is saying he wants to pay the same but wants to be charged more andchave the companie disperse raises rather than paying an individual cash on the side.

Nothing cheap just a fairer disbursement of tips.

Portland has been known to have a few "Risque" type venues.

Tough for most of us to comment on this as Oregon is one of the few states that doesn't have sales tax, so that's not an issue that many of us have to deal with. That said...

I would say that there are many US chain restaurants that have locations in many different states, so the tax percentage differs for each one. When they're creating menus that are intended to be uniform nationwide, to try to factor in tax for all those different states would be impossible. Now for restaurants that don't have multiple locations, that's obviously not a concern, but I think the former outnumber the latter.

Ok at least now I can see some logic behind it. In every country I have been so far it's same tax all over the country probably so that's why I have never encountered that again.
