CJ looked really good. His mid-range game always comes up when Dame is on the bench.

The Thunder have to be the worst three point shooting team in the league.

ooo Shaq just called out Statsbrook for hunting triple doubles.

I'm surprised there wasn't more talk after game 1 about RW's efficiency. Everyone assumed, and rightly so, that PG wouldn't shoot that poorly again, but most people overlooked that RW shot about as well as he's capable of overall. That caught up with them in game 2.

    Best game of Leonard’s career?

Statistically he may have had better games, but factoring in “playoffs”, has he ever played better?

Surely, at least that second half must be the best half he’s ever played?

    Great job Meyers!

Chuck took offense to the hard pick Adams set on Dame - said it was bush league and completely unnecessary with the game out of reach already.

Dude, you have to be prepared. You'll learn. This is what I did:

I was home with my 2 year old today. She's at that awkward time where she's usually not tired for a nap but if she doesn't get a nap gets super cranky. My wife has a rule that she needs to be awake by 3 if she does take a nap so that she'll go to bed at her normal time. Well today I could see her rubbing her eyes acting real tired but she wouldn't go down for a nap. Around 4:00 I snuggled with her on the couch knowing she'd fall asleep. At about 5:30 I started making dinner and was "surprised" when my wife got home that she was asleep on the couch. So she slept until after 6 ha ha ha ha ha. When it was time for bed she wasn't tired and there was no way she would go to sleep so she got to stay up with me! My 6 year old is a heavy sleeper so I didn't bother him at all. I scared her a few times yelling but most of the time she was laughing and high fiving me. She has no clue what was going on but you could tell she was happy that I was happy. Anyway, no worries about waking her up tonight!

    Hello darkness, my old friend
Yeah. I smiled inwardly when the announcers tonight remarked on the Thunder following a "bad shooting night" in game 1 with another in game 2. "Bad shooting night" is their offensive identity.

Westbrook only needed 4 turnovers to get his first triple double of the post season. What a looser.

I think cjs 3 at the end of the half was a huge emotional shift. It deflated thunder, who had been leading the whole. Half

More Cowherd: "Vegas was drunk (line was Blazers by 1)." "No way they shoot 15% from 3 again" "I'm going all in and putting all of money on OKC tonight."

well, the wife had a night out so I was home alone and I spent quite a bit of time jumping up from edge of my chair in the 3rd and 4th Q yelling out loopy rah rah shit but it felt great. Like an idiot I even think I fist-pumped a couple of times.

might be the best combined game of Dame-CJ in their time together considering the stakes. When CJ has a game like that it makes it harder for OKC to scheme the next game if they are thinking about trying to blanket Dame. And I'm all for life being difficult for the Thunder

Meyers had a good positive impact to go with his usual collection of great and confused facial experessions. I'm worried about Kanter's wrist though

the darkhorse player of the game was Mo. 14 points and 9 rebounds and it was the aggressive Mo on both ends. When the Blazers get that version, they are tough to beat

finally, these two home games have to have been great entertainment for Jody Allen. The atmosphere of The Moda has to have impressed her. I have no clue what she's planning for Portland but tonight, I'd bet she's a big Blazer fan

It's games like this that make me baffled when people want to trade CJ.

He even tried to flex on his pick early in the game.

If you're gonna embarrass yourself, may as well go all in, amirite? His twitter mentions tonight are worthy of the "Other side" thread.
