I'm also not ruling out that he is a racist or that race played a part of it, I don't know. I do know I think he deserves jail time for assaulting someone and doesn't deserve to be able to continue as a police officer when he's out either.

There is NO video evidence here that he was in a fighting stance. Only that he was facing the officer.

You're ASSUMING his positioning was aggressive. The video only shows aggression from the officers.
