1. People that hang one shirt in the first locker at the gym and don't put a lock on it. 2. People that are 2 parking stalls from the cart return and leave their cart by the car next to them. 3. People that approach a red light, cut you off to get the first spot in your lane and then sit there for 10 seconds when the light turns green. I could go on and on. We really need a modern day Ms. Manners.
That can get pretty difficult to deal with, especially the dads. I have seen some real assholes coaching but not much you can do about it but sign up for the job yourself. Then you get to see the dads (and moms) in the real light. I coached both Pop Warner Football and Basketball teams without too much problem but for one guy that really got pissed that I didn't play his son at Quarterback. Another time I agreed to coach the pitchers in little league. Another dad getting pissed convinced me that I had done enough duty with coaching and dads. Ha! That was a relief. The next year we were in California and I stayed out of the coaching business. But 11 year old son is playing little league. Coach comes to me and asks me, can you work with him as a pitcher, I need a pitcher! OK! Will do. That was a real pleasant time of it, the coach was exceptionally good with the kids, a real pro. He had been with the Ms Twins during his pitching days. Managed to take those kids to the Nor Cal Championship game. They lost but they all remember the time. I met up with one of them last winter with my son on the boat in Marina del Ray. In their 50s now and still had a word or two to say about that season.
This just triggered me! Keeping the same coach again, for another dang season. The team displays the same flaws again like always, resulting in the decisive loss of a playoff series for just about the same reasons. Then to see comments about stability is good! Fuck that! Winning is good Correcting flaws is good! Same same sucks. Even same same with new players sucks.
Don't lie. You didn't say "stingy." You used a word I won't repeat, and neither should you ever again.

Why? It's a completely harmless, legitimate word, having literally nothing to do with anything derogatory. Just like the word snigger, which means belly laugh
