I think more or less this is correct. In most games you have 2 of the best coaches in the world trying to out scheme and maneuver each other. There are so many factors involved that it is hard to determine how much of a teams failure or success is due to coaching, talent, roster makeup etc. There's no doubt to me that blaming a coach takes the least amount of critical thinking. When you watch your favorite team 82+ games a year you are able to see every flaw that makes a coach or player less than perfect. No different than you see more flaws with your significant other than you do your second cousin.
Wow, what a bunch of mental mistakes by both teams at the end. Toronto fails to foul with only a 3 second shot clock differential and Iggy tried to bail them out by taking a 3 with nearly 9 seconds left. Lucky for GS the shot went in!
I kind of thought the last 3-4 minutes was pretty sloppy all the way around. I guess you could say it was good defense, but it wasn't "just" good defense it was just sloppy.
