Houston does this all the time. They only care about stars so they try and create cap space. Remember the year they did this because they wanted to sign Bosh?

Would you trade Harkless (to a 3rd team like NY) and a 1st to Houston for Eric Gordon? It makes us better but also helps Houston possibly land someone. Although if you take Capela, Gordon, and Tucker off of Houston just to replace them with Horford I don't know if that's really that much of an upgrade.

How do we get Capela? That's who I'd want out of those 3.

What I remember about the Bosh situation is that it blew up in their faces. Let's help them do it again!

Tucker and Gordon would be awesome. Capela is too expensive to have as a backup when Nurk is healthy. And he is too good as well to waste as a 20 minutes backup. I would take him only in order to trade him when Nurk is back.

My dream is Lebron/AD/nobodies battling Beard/Butler/nobodies for the 8th playoff spot and then having them both get passed up by the Clippers (without Leonard).

Wow, I heard Iggy gave an interview about his new book 6th Man and he commented that players go in at half time and the first thing they do is check their phone to see whats on Instagram about their play.Aslo, agents might being conveying to stars they better get 25 tonight so they can keep up with so and so.
I think cell phones are the mark of the beast! lol

If Boston basically swaps Kyrie for Kemba, do they drop off at all?

They already did drop off vs the year before. So you mean even more? Probably not in the swap but yes more if Horford leaves...

I'm probably in the minority but I'd rather have Kemba on my team than Kyrie. So that move in itself improves their team. As noted losing Horford hurts though.

They have their 2047 first rounder available I think. That is possibly the earliest pick they haven’t traded to New Orleans yet.

The culture seemed so bad last year.... just swapping Kyrie for Kemba, even though they lose Horford...they may end up with a similar record.

Not bad stats in limited minutes. This is the exact type of value guy that Neil is great at targeting. He's a capable big to play defense, catch lobs, and do not much else. Houston could probably replace Capela with this guy and lose not too much.

Plus: when he blocks a shot you can display "Cheicked at the rim!" on the jumbotron. I know the people that run these things love bad puns.
