They mentioned 6.9 on the news channel. According to this site, https://earthquaketrack.com/v/la/recent, it's officially 7.1 magnitude @ Ridgecrest, CA. LA and Southern California has had: (M1.5 or greater) 584 earthquakes in the past 24 hours 1,138 earthquakes in the past 7 days 1,387 earthquakes in the past 30 days 4,338 earthquakes in the past 365 days
Great source of information. Dutch had the area on warning for the last two quakes, he monitors the globe and knows what he’s talking about. If Dutch tells us to be on alert here in Oregon then I would certainly heed his advice and make sure my survival kit was ready and accessible! This shouldn’t be a time to panic, but certainly a time to remember we live in an area of constant plate unrest and it is indeed true that we are susceptible to a large earthquake at some point. Have a plan and strategy, have supplies, stay smart and stay safe! https://www.youtube.com/user/dutchsinse
I'm not sure which parts were added on and which part was original in 1974. I'm just gonna have the whole thing looked at.
I think the official number was revised from 6.9 to 7.1. I hope we don't slide into the sea. I just can't get that vision from the movie 2012 out of my mind.
and heads to Oregon??? Fuck that movie!!!!!!! Where you at? NM. read it. My sister and her family are in Lake Elsinore, said they lost about a foot of water in their pool and it was fun to watch it slosh back and forth.
There was a small EQ (3.2) near Cheyenne Oklahoma this afternoon; this could be a good sign as we look for pressure to transfer from the western plates towards the east, relieving pressure from that area in California.
Can I join this haters group. I'm tempted to be banished to "The Island" with the cocaine and hookers. I'll presume that Sly is already there.
