Actually the rule is the fielder needs tag the base before the runner touches the base on a force out, thus a tie goes to the runner as the runner and fielder touched at the same time. There are only 3 scenarios in that situation. The runner beats the ball, the ball beats the runner or the ball and runner arrive at the same time. Only in the second situation is the runner out
It was my first option when someone large and burly denigrated my wife for being Asian (You no readee signee?), bam, I slugged the son of a bitch and I'd do it again if I could reach that far wtth my cane while using my walker if someone was that mean to my wife or other family. I'll tell you what, he quickly apologized.
My post was not clear. I was responding about the thug violently going after people he disagrees with. Violence should never be his first option. However... How one defends oneself, or defends others such as family members, from attacks may require a first option that is violent. In the Marine Corps, we used the phrase: adusting their attitude by taking their head off and shitting down their throat. The fellow in the video is going to be digesting shit someday when he gets violent with the wrong person.
If you call someone something racist it's not a fucking "disagreement"... What I'm the actual fuck are you talking about??
Exactly. Just like there's no rule that says "hand is part of the ball" But if you slap the shit outta someone's hand while they're dribbling or holding the ball it's completely legal. The rule specifically says "wrist".
What if the counter protesters are the ones breaking shit and assaulting people? Still not ok to be upset? Also, there were no nazis present in Portland this weekend. Call them assholes or right wingers or white nationalists if you want to be accurate. Screaming “Nazi!” doesn’t justify antifa breaking shit and hurting people. You are just making an exaggeration to justify your support of antifas ideologies. The overuse of the word nazi is an insult to Jews and others who actually fought a noble fight against a real threat to the world.
The word Nazi is being used way to much, imo. Im a moderate American that grew up in a fundamental christian home, grew up in North Portland, am Irish, have many friends of color, grandkids that are Amerasian, Patriotic and supportive of our troops, and I have an American Flag with the Pledge as my truck receiver hitch cover and a flag flying from my house, I don't respect the Antifa movement or White Nationalist movement, and I LOVE TO FISH. Some in here would call me a Nazi based on what I just shared. But you would be wrong and foolish. Im actually a pretty likable guy that always try to give people the benefit of doubt and support regardless of any ideology. Nazi is being slung around way to much.
Not a single person in here would call you a Nazi based on your love of fishing or the hitch on your truck or having a flag. I have seen it thrown around at people and groups who have been affiliated with racists. I think its pretty easy to avoid being called a Nazi.
