I don't excuse Trump for any shenanigans or his lousy diplomacy. I just don't trust the polished politician either that only tells people what they hear then go about selling their souls to lobbyist and other ventures. This trend of everyone writing books is a bunch of crap too because that embellish things to sell books. It would be nice to see an ex president speak for free at a Boy Scout conference or YMCA, but most want couple hundred grand to spew their propaganda.

I have never heard that, thats terrific! I know he has been more available to common people than others. I know he's a devout Baptist maybe that does or doesn't have anything to do with it. Some people are more generous than others when it come too their time.
My brother did a stint building houses in South Africa with Habitat for Humanity. Jimmy Carter was building the one right next to him. My brother said that he was the nicest, most down to earth gentleman possible and that if you needed anything at all (ladders, tools, whatever) all you had to do was ask Jimmy. He had it all. Jimmy Carter is probably the only president in modern history who did not get rich off the presidency. He might have been a poor to mediocre president, but he was one of the better humans to occupy the office since it was created.

Not sure why you feel the need to lash out. Nobody here is all that interested in my opinion, or yours, unless it's the same as theirs. So I post reality, and seek comment from all, because I AM interested in other people's opinions. Especially if they differ from mine.
