and I must say, Im amazed at what I can do pain free. I can do anything but jog and I think I could do that if I wanted. The first few months were at time challenging with mostly muscular pain as they need to fire again and communicate with your brain. I should have probably done it a few years ago as there were days I could hardly walk. My right knee gives me grief now. Just found out today I get my right knee done November 4th and hope to be moving around real good come early spring. HoopG
Bro you should of saved it and put it in a big glass jar full of fluid and shine a light on it. Put it on some sort of spinning platform and keep it on the mantle above the fireplace!
I wish I had thought of that. Maybe my right knee? Kind a like a life trophy or notches on the belt. That knee covered a whole lot of territory as a million mile flyer. It also, served me well playing sports well into my late 40's early 50's. I spent many a day & night on those knees too and I was'nt saying the Lord's Prayer. Thats probably why my knees went to hell..
I need a knee replacement but my doctors ruled it out because of other medical complications. Every once in a while it just goes out of joint and then I'm in excruciating pain. Then it's a week or more recovering. Which reminds me, thank you for reminding me of the terrific pain in my knee I face at random intervals.
I want your knee, dammit. If you were a friend you'd offer it to me. It's what good manners dictates.
glad to hear you are doing well....I had hernia surgery yesterday....sore as hell today but another month and a half and I will appreciate it...they gave me Oxy for pain killers...took one after surgery and woke up 12 hours later...man that shit is weird....not taking that again
Man, I hope you mend quick! I know from experience those hernia operations can be painful for a while. That Oxy is for sure weird stuff!
