You don't drink beer? How un American. In fact, that doesn't even fit a true resident of any country that I respect.

I prefer a really quality blended scotch on the rocks but there really is nothing better than a good Cuba libre.
I also really like a really good cognac, especially if it is paired with some cheese and an assortment of fruit. I use to drink it with a really good cigar but my wife, and she's the boss so she should know, says I'm much happier since I quit smoking those delicious cigars. I'll have to take her word for it because there's something deep in my memory that she hasn't been able to erase that says those cigars were damned good.

Nothing like a good Cigar and a drink. I agree with you on Cuba libres. A perfect drink. I like a cognac and a cigar now and then too.

I smoked Cuban cigars in Ecuador. I bought a handful the last night my group was there. We smoked them and shared a bottle round.

Never had a Cuban. Mine were all from central America. Love a good bottle of Hennessy (VSOP) although I do have a nice bottle of Courvoisier.
I'd love to have a Cuban some day. Oh, people, people, not that kind of Cuban. Shame on you.

How about Rattlesnake which I think is a Texas beer.
Ever tried Rheingold (rotgut). Sold back East, in my case, New Jersey. Also sold in mass quantities in Vietnam along with Olympia, Budweiser and Schlitz.
Then there was Strohs, sold in the midWest.
