    The National Weather Service has issued a tropical storm warning for our area as a result of the forecast track for Potential Tropical Cyclone 16 (Tropical Storm "Nestor"). Attached is a forecast map of the storm. The tropical storm warning means tropical storm-force winds (39mph to 57mph) are expected in our area within the next thirty-six hours
